How do I make a booking?

Select your dates from those available from the calendar.  Enter your party details and follow the check out process.

Who am I booking with?

You are booking directly with the owner of the chalet, Nigel Messenger.

Can I make a booking by phone?

Our process is based on online booking.  However, we appreciate that some clients may prefer to make their booking over the phone.  In such cases please simply give us a call on either 01473 405395  or  07775 858052

How do I make a payment?

To make a payment please use the Paypal facility presented during the checkout process.

Is this property available?

To check availability please simply check the booking calendar.  The dates you require will either show as available or already taken.

Can I ask a question before booking?

Yes, of course.  Please get in touch using our contact details.

When do I get directions and key collection instructions?

On payment of your booking, you will receive confirmation details via email with directions and key collection instructions.

When do I check in and out?

Check in and out day is Saturday.  New arrivals check in on Saturday afternoon and departing guests on Saturday morning.

What is the mininum booking length?

Bookings are taken in blocks of 1 week, starting from a Saturday.

Are pets allowed in the chalet?

Yes, well behaved and clean pets are allowed.  Please be respectful of neighbours and ensure that your pet is quiet, especially at night.  You must also ensure that any dog mess is disposed of properly.

Is smoking allowed in the chalet?

Yes, smoking is allowed.
